How long is the WARRANTY :   

Ride Green Scooter’s Warranty is effective as listed below for One Year Parts from the time of purchase. 

What is not covered? (Warranty Exclusions) 

Ride Green Scooters will not warrant after the first 30 days or 600 miles, whichever comes first, parts worn due to   natural wear and tear such as spark plug, cables drive chain, air cleaner element, brake pads, light bulbs, battery, fuses, tires and oil.  

1. Failure to fulfill the periodic maintenance requirement as set forth in the owner’s manual will void this WARRANTY. 

2. Periodic maintenance and normal wear and tear are not covered. 

3. Any damage resulting from negligence of the periodic maintenance is not covered: 

4. Any damage that result from repair, adjustments or maintenance operations by any method s other than 

those specified by Ride Green Scooters is not covered. 

5. Any damage results from abusive driving such as racing, rally, or operation in a location not suited for 

riding a scooter, such as off road surfaces is not covered. 

6. Any damage which results from use beyond the limitation specified in the owner’s manual such as 

overloading the vehicle or damages from use under abnormal conditions is not covered. 

7. Any damage caused when the product is used as a rental vehicle or for a commercial use is not covered. 

8. Any damage that result from the use of non-genuine parts, accessories, fuel lubricants and fluids not 

specified by Ride Green Scooters Is not coved. 

9. Any damage which results from modifications made to the product is not covered. 

10. Any damage that result from the passage of time (natural fading of painted surfaces, plated surfaces, sheet peeling and other deterioration) is not covered. 

11. Any damage due to improper storage or transportation is not covered 

12. Any damage that results from repairs, service and or inspections performed by any person or company other than Ride Green Scooter dealers is not covered. 

13. Any damage that results from unavoidable natural disaster, fire collision theft and secondary damages based on any of these occurrences is not coved. 

14. Incidental or additional expenses incurred from making any claims such as those for towing, communications, hotels means, as well as any losses during maintenance period such as loss of time loss of business and rental expenses are not covered, scheduled period services and inspections fees are not covered.
