Brakes and braking system failure and other non-repairable items not due to accident or misuse. Void if rim / fork damage. Example of failure: Break shoe separation from metal shoe, break shoe failure.	Two Years or 25,000 miles	30 minutes
Chassis: Covering frame: Manufacture defects, weld failure on the frame itself or attached support bracket failure. Attached frame components: shocks, swing arm and suspension damage and other non-repairable items not due to accident or misuse. Tires: excludes punctures/sidewall abrasions/rim damage.	Two Years or 25,000 miles	30 minutes
Wheels: Only manufactures defects. Does not include damage such as would occur in accident and caused by road hazards, curbs, pot holes etc.	Two Years or 25,000 miles	30 minutes

1. Accidents including those due to inexperienced riders, improper maintenance, vehicle overload, misuse causing damage to the vehicle.

2. Owner or User attempted repair beyond the scope of those described in the Troubleshooting Guide.

3. Unsupervised repairs other than those described in the Troubleshooting Guide or outside the premises of an authorized dealer, installation or replacement of parts voluntarily or otherwise before inspection by a dealer, use of any non-TNT replacement parts,

4. Consumables including fuses, bulbs, inner tubes, body fairing breakage, scratches and abrasions, horns, reflectors and miscellaneous connectors.

5. Any costs associated with repairs by other than an authorized dealer with authorization pre-approval.

1. Warranty as documented in Section 1, above. Breakdown or failure due to manufacturing defect in parts or materials, repair only by authorized dealers or warranty repair stations and limited to parts replacement.

3. Warranty service consists solely of TNT distributors, representatives, dealers and or other authorized locations.

4. The owner is required to retain all records, proof of purchase and warranty information as stated above. Please carry this warranty information together with your product receipt or proof of purchase to the maintenance stations for service and or repairs.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, TNT MAKES NO AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES CONDITIONS, OR WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OR ARISING UNDER ANY STATUTE, ORDINANCE, COMMERCIAL USAGE, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AS TO THE SUITABILITY, DURABILITY, DESIGN, OPERATION, OR CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS (OR ANY PART THEREOF) OR THE MERCHANDISABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR THEIR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR RELATING TO THE INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PATENT OR COPYRIGHT OR ANY OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHT USED OR INCLUDED THEREIN. IF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTEES APPLY AS A MATTER OF LAW, THEY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES OR PROVINCES MAY NOT RECOGNIZE A DISCLAIMER AND/OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.

THE CUSTOMER MAY ALSO HAVE DIFFERENT AND/OR ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES THAT VARY FROM STATE/PROVINCE TO STATE/PROVINCE.

THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT TNT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT THE CUSTOMER MAY INCUR FROM DELAYED SHIPMENT, PRODUCT FAILURE, PRODUCT DESIGN, SELECTION, PRODUCTION OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE WHETHER LIABILITY IS ASSERTED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TNT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGESOF ANY KIND.
